[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — My mobile phone damaged by the service technician and not giving proper response | |||||
I have a loudspeaker problem with my motoE but the earpiece speaker and headset slot was working fine with that mobile. I went to poorvika pallavaram for servicing my mobile, they checked everything and said it will cost 350 to repair the loudspeaker. I agreed and gave the phone to technician, he said he will replace the loudspeaker with new one and asked to wait for 15 min, he took the phone in and came out after 25 min and gave my phone to me and said currently he is not having that spare, he asked me to come by tomorrow same time. So I got my phone and turned it on, I tried to call my friend from there and the bad thing is the earpiece and headset is not working, I told that technician, he said he might missed to give the connection, so he opened the phone again and did something and turned on my phone but still it is not working, he agreed it was his mistake asked me to come and collect the phone by next day. I gave the phone on march 11 2017 but it was April 16 2017 today, still they didn't give my phone back to me, every day went to check my condition, he will ask me to come by next day and collect the phone, for 1 month he is telling the same.
