Yesterday(4/4/21) evening my mother had a call with me and told me her mobile was a problem. So you have to buy a new mobile when you get home.
As a consequence, I bought a new basic Nokia mobile in Aranthangi poorvika showroom And bill was paid.
Then I returned home and changed the sim from old mobile to new mobile.But network is not working.
Again came to the showroom, met with the salesperson and asked him to change sim. He says Jio sim is only supported on 4g handset mobiles.
Yes, my mother is using the jio network. Then
I Spoke with the poorvika manager.
I bought it by mistake.Please help me to return the amount or else give me another product as I want.
But the manager said to me, Once you buy a product we don't have rights to return the product.
I requested him again.I returned the product within one hour of buying it. Really this product is unusable for me. So Please help me.
but he said the same answer.
I am really very worried😥. My mother is also getting dissatisfied about poorvika.
This is my first time to buy a product in Aranthangi Branch.First impression is the best impression.
But I believe, Your support Makes me and my mother satisfied.
Please help me to resolve this.
