Bt bounce 5 neck band conekt I buyed in Chennai chrompet I have defect in the product.. my current city now is thoothukudi.. due to improper of the box I was refunded for replacement. You are selling the defect product to CUSTOMERs and it's a cheap idea for business.. although I have bill receipts and no damage of box charger all IMEI NO of the product mentioned IMEI NO:- [protected]. But ### up with 1000 rs for 6 months. I need replacement.. worst service ever. Phn no contact:- [protected]
