[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — no response for my mobile which has been given to the re-service with the same issue

I have given my mobile (micromax a093) for service one month back for a service in warranty for an issue. they said they will give back it in 10 days. on the 11th day i asked them about the mobile they said it is back from service. so i went next day to poorvika mobiles(madipakkam) but they said me that no your mobile is still in service and sorry for the wrong info. from the next day i used to ring them daily but no response. on the 17th day i got my mobile. went home charged it and started using it. again the same problem persists. they have just wiped ma mobile and gave it back. service has not been done. i then spoke with poorvika cust care. they connected the call to the manager of PMW care. he said for sure i will give it back with the issue solved and asked me to hand over my mobile back to service then asked him to call him. from the next day the service center number is either switched off or busy. if i call poorvika cust care they are also shouting to me and not at all tranferring the call to their manager. even the madipakkam poorvika guys daily says me that they will call me but i have to call them yet they say call me tommorow. past three days PMW cust care number is switched off or busy. the manager of madipakkam poorvika is BALAMURALI. the cust care executive who spoke with me is ANITHA and VIDHYA. i am mentally injured by this issue.. i dont know still how many years it is gonna take for them to say what is the status of my mobile. they say me that if you want t complaint to micromax camplaint. do you need the number? and also where ever you want to complaint go and complaint. i dont know what to do with these guys... they are cheating the customers.
