[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — No responsibility | |
I have recently purchased a mobile ( oppo Reno 3) in poorvika avadi. The customer relationship manager (kalai) promised me that he will provide me a complimentary like Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth speaker. It been 3 months I haven't heard anything from him. I went back to the showroom and asked the information. The other guy said he's on leave and he only knew the details. If that guy leaves the job will poorvika shut down the respective branch ? If that guy is on leave why other person won't take the responsibility . I guess poorvika fails to retains their customer.
