[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — not claiming warranty for jbl ear phones. | |||
Not claiming warranty because i didn't get the plastic raper of jbl ear phones which is not working. At the time of claiming bill, warranty card along with ear phone and it's box, poorvika mobiles, basaveshwaranagar. Is not claiming my warranty because i didn't get the plastic raper inside the box. It was informed to get the basic plastic raper to claim the warranty which looks unethical. We pay money for the ear phones not for the plastic inside the box. Requesting to take action immediately since my warranty of 6 months ends within couple of days. Was this information helpful? | |||

I buyed a sony data cable before 7 months it has 1 year warranty but its not working i contact them said service center near by but service center we can't help please help me to solve the issue
