[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Not giving GST (IGST) bills

I have bought I phone from Poorvika- Vijayapur branch on 24th Nov 2023 by using my interstate GST, after payment of bills store manager told he will giving the GST (IGST) bills within a week. After 1 week he replied there will cyclone in chennai bill generating getting delayed. Again after 2 week I approached to store manager and clearly he denied and told us government has changed the rules on inter state GST and they will not issuing interstate GST bills (IGST) to anyone. If Poorvika is not ready to give the IGST bills to customer means, why should poorvika collected my GST amount ?? Please take care of this and help me to get my ITC by filing GST. Verified Support Mar 20, 2024 Poorvika Mobiles Customer Care's response Dear Ramesh sir, As we discussed over the phone, we are unable to deliver IGST under Section 10(1)(c) of the IGST Act, which indicates that the place of supply is only Karnataka. According to the supply rule, we can only deliver CGST and SGST. I have included a screenshot of the act for your reference. Kindly find and resolve the issue from Indian consumer forum.
