Dear sir, i have purchased vivo v9 in april 15 at trichy contonment showroom and sales person told at purchase time free gift but after i will pay mobile only given and sales person told free gift not now available one week later you will received but till now my gift not received now lot of time enquiry for the show room but some of reason told every time and not respond please teach them how to respect the customer. Very worst customer service in this show room please take return my mobile and give the my money. Gift is not matter but your approach is very worst. What reason told that issue.
