[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Not returning my mobile for more than 40days.

File no: 5626 Name : manikandan i have given my mobile for back case service to poorvika mobile on june 9th 2015. Its been more than 40 days i didnt receive my mobile yet. They said like maximum 15 days they will return my mobile. Also on july 2nd week i asked them they blabbered some nonsense reasons like they didnt get the spare parts for the mobile and they said like you havent attached documents but i did. Also the call isnt getting connected. I am in a very much depressed condition. So kindly take severe action on them for their unproper response. They were saying like your mobile will be delivering by today or tomorrow for more than 3-4 days for that i was waiting at my home like the mobile will be coming, with all my work pending till today, will you replace it? Because of them for me 500000 order has got cancelled. So they have to replace me that amount.

Poorvika mobiles's response Dear Sivaranjani, We would like to apologies for all the inconvenience. As we discussed yesterday due to your documents delay ,mismatch of your signature , the repair time in Sony service center the delay has happened. Since THE CLAIM IS WITH IN EXCESS as per insurance terms & conditions. We unable to refund the amount which you paid for repair as you asked as compensation. Thanks, Customer Support
