[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — phone screen guard | |||||
I purchased a screen guard for iphone 6s for 850 rs. From poorvika showroom, peravallur during february.in the 2 weeks of purchase itself, it started breaking in the sides and now it its breaking in the center. I never drop my phone down. Also, i initially wanted to buy a cheap one for around 200, but the salesperson forced me to purchase the one of 850 bucks claiming it is of supreme quality. This is the worst service and i would never recommend poorvika mobiles to my peers, and i would request atleast half the amount as refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Manufacturer's warranty eligible only for the devices which has been used according to the norms of the respective brand. Obtaining screen guard or temper glass to safeguard handset from scratches and minor drop, even though it is customer response to keep the mobile safe to claim service warranty support. I have purchased MI note 5 at kumbakonam branch . I have paid at 8.00pm untill 9.30 pm invoice not prepared and your staffs were busy at their own business... It's will affect your reputation . So avoid such delay services
