I have purchased Vivo Y15C from poorvika DB Road RS Puram branch, Coimbatore.
I purchased on 15/8/2022.
I purchased mobile in the name of Sumathi.

It was a defective mobile and gave to poorvika. Poorvika sales person gave to service centre.Vivo service centre confirmed the defect and gave credit note to poorvika and Vivo service centre called me and told that you could buy either Vivo or any brand from them.
I went to poorvika show room and asked for Vivo T1 5G 8GB 128GB. They priced it Rs.19990.
When I checked with other showrooms like Croma, Chennai mobiles, ..etc they have card offer of Rs.2000 for the same mobile.
I asked poorvika to give me card offers like other showrooms but Poorvika told me they can't give the offers. So I asked to refund the money for which I bought.
Poorvika is not accepting to refund.
If I buy Vivo T1 5G 8GB 128GB from poorvika with no offers, I will get a loss of Rs.2000.
So, I asked refund so that no loss to me and also poorvika.
Still not agreed.I went to showroom many times, my money and time is wasted.
Please refund the money or otherwise I have to take up the matter to Consumer court.
