[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Poor customer service, rude behaviour of the staff less knowledge of the staff, poor quality of products at high prices | |
Hi This happened on te 30th of april 2017 in the poorvika shop in phoenix mall in chennai. A regular customer of that branch we had purchased 2 or 3 mobiles from there and also some accessories. Recently we purchased a mobile from there and later we purchased the full temperal glass cover from there. Within a week the mobile cover started to peel off on the edges. We reported this issue on the 30th of april 1 2017. The sales representatives were not able to solve the problem and behaved very rudely. The sales rep i was speaking was called — and then another guy who was a sales rep intervened into the matter saying that he was the manager when he was a sales rep. Is this the ethics which the staff have been taught to cheat their customers. Does poorvika staff think that people who visit they shop are not observant. I really wish to get the number of the franchise owner of that branch. I have also changed my mind of getting the mobile from any of the poorvika branches because i never got a solution for the problem and felt that they cheat the general public by selling the temporal glass at a high price of 500 which is of low quality. People go for such shops with the idea of getting quality products but are denied of this. I want a solution to this problem at the very earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
