Recently I ordered Apple AirPods Pro at the nearest Poorvika store. They charged me RS. 22, 200 for it. (whereas the actual price was 20, 900 in Poorvika's website and amazon).
I haven’t received the product at the promised time and I had to leave from the current city [work] to another [Home].
When I contacted the store for cancellation, they said cancellation is not possible and I had to receive the product.
I haven't received the product yet and I want to cancel the order (which didn't receive).
I have emailed the same to [protected]@poorvika.com and it's been three days and no resolution taken by them.
FYI: I haven't received any order id for my order / any ticket id for the registered complaint. Was this information helpful? |
