Insurance was sold along with mobile on 26/12/2021 vide invoice gsi/sasa/8510 dated 26/12/2021 by poorvika mobiles private limited basavangudi branch bangalore.

When insisted them to cancel insurance and reembuse my premium, poorvika mobiles private limited team refused and stated it is non refundable. The same not conifmed while purchasing.

Updated by [email protected] selling products without understanding customer requirement and giving false promises to just sell their product and rude behavior of the poorvika mobile team. ultimately customer is at loss.
