I have taken a loan in july for purchasing a vivo mobile. but the poorvika mobile staff wrongly done a second otp from my phone and loan is activated twice. but i have taken 1 vivo mobile only. i asked poorvika staff for that he said that not his problem you must go and visit bajaj finserv branch. i went to bajaj finserv branch in annanagar and they talked to poorvika staff to send a mail regarding cancellation of the loan they said ok. but they didnt do it because of it the first due has been debited from my account on 2nd oct 2021. again i gone to bajaj finserv branch they said poorvika staff must send to mail. but poorvika staff said he has sent it. but still now the loan is not deactivated. please make necessary action to deactivate the loan. also they have debited the 2nd emi on nov 2nd. The next month there will be a third emi on 2nd dec 2021. There was call from somebody from poorvika they said they have cleared the problem.but now also it shows loan in bajaj finserv for the same wrongly debited loan. I want to be cleared tomorrow, the loan should be closed and reverse the amount debited .from my account. If not I will go to the consumer court with all the proofs and details with me. Please make it fast. I have attached the invoice copy of the purchased mobile purchase of 15th july 2021 and wrongly activated loan account which was in there purchase date aug 2021
