[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Problems with new phones | |||
I bought HTC desire in Poorvika kanchipuram showroom. THe mobile has heating issue as well as audio is not clear. When i have said about it to them they said they will send for service and they returned me after five days but the problem was not solved. again i returned the mobile for service and they sent it for service again and returned after a week. But still the problem was not solved at all. Very poor custer service both at the showroom as well as customer care. My friends are saying me that most mobiles bought at poorvika are having lot of issues and I myself found people frequently coming their with complaints against new mobiles whenever i go their.
