I bought a new nokia C30 on 24.12.21. Sales person offered if i buy jio sim, i will get Rs.1000 cashback. The salesperson installed new jio sim and my airtel sim. On the 3rd day ie on 27.12.21, no network was getting deducted. Both my sims stopped working. I went to the shop and the same person tried various troubleshooting, nothing worked. He said my phone has to be sent to service center to identify the defect. I demanded for an exchange as it was a brand new phone. Staffs reaction was very rude.its been 3 days now, my phone is still in service center.
My question is manufacturer is not able to identify the problem, then what is the use of me having a defective piece. I have not purchased a refurbished phone, why should I wait for it to get repaired. Why is ur showroom not giving an exchange for a different one.
