[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — product complaint but the showroom not ready to take back the phone in one day of purchase | |||
I have bought moto c plus mobile on this Saturday on Express avenue Chennai poorvika showroom. On the next day I feel there is network issue in phone and it not work properly. I went to showroom on Monday evening to raise complaint.but they ask me to go service centre of moto and they are not responsible for service. I have argued with manager they are not giving proper justification. I have bought some other mobiles before in poorvika they told me that if any complaints found ask to bring showroom only.
