Sir, I purchased "Realme C25Y" on 31st October 2021 at "POORVIKA MOBILES PVT LTD.", KALPAKKAM BRANCH and paid the full consideration and started using it from that day.I realised that there was a problem with the call audio as it was continuously breaking and went there for support on 7th November 2021 and asked for replacement and they checked and admitted the issue and sent the mobile to Realme service center in Chennai.They said they cannot replace the phone but they updated the software and returned my phone. But still there is something called "Usage of trade" which states that it is in the ordinary course that when I purchase a phone for INR 12, 500 and call audio(Both caller and receiver end) is not working in the 1st week of purchase, I thought that there was a problem with the network. That's the reason why I waited.Now also the same problem comes and I am dissatisfied with the support. Ok now, Can you as a business do the least part which is making the call audio work properly? We came to Poorvika only for the reason that its new branch was opened at Kalpakkam and we could have easily ordered the phone online. Now do your part as a business for a phone worth INR 12, 500 which doesn't allow me to call in the 1st week of purchase itself. Was this information helpful? | |||
