Myself named Suresh have been complaining stating that I have received a refurbished product Realme 10 Pro 5G (Nebula Blue 68GB- 128GB) and it's not working at all on Online Order number 3040407.
I've been telling right from the beginning that the phone already had pre-installed apps before I could install but the Poorvika team checked the IMEI number and said no, it was activated only on Jan 12th.
Issues observed so far:
1. It doesn't charge quickly
2. It had pre-installed apps
3. For a normal YouTube video phone hangs and auto-restarts automatically.
4. When the phone is rebooted it takes a lot of time to turn on.
My expectation is not to receive a refund for the product, instead I need a replacement of some other phone from the same Poorvika showroom. I'm happy to buy it by paying an extra amount too.
I'VE BEEN RECEIVING A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TILL DATE. Do you'll expect me to walk to the service centre and get this refurbished repaired and throw at the bin in a couple of days time making a customer loose 20, 000/-
When I write an email to the support team they ask me to contact the service centre, when I contact the service centre they abruptly say only mobile repairs would be done. You need to contact Poorvika for such issues.
Customers trust and buy this is absolutely cheating and I would strongly not recommend Poorvika to family and friends if I don't get a proper resolution.
In addition Mr. Balasubramanian Manager of Poorvika spoke in a very rude manner to myself stating we cannot do anything if you want to complaint means go ahead and do it and stop calling the showroom. Was this information helpful? |
