Wanted to bring this to your notice when I visited poorvika Indiranagar regards to my insurance not activated the behaviour of the executive is very rude doesn't have customer ethics how to handle.
When I paid my insurance coverage premium for phone why was this not activated. Samsung customer care says its not activated.you means you just take money in the name of insurance? Why do customer needs to suffer when paid the already inspite of this there is rude behaviour and argument between the Executive Suman raj R he doesn't sound like satisfying the customer.
I'm sure you will loose the business because of this kinda of executives I'm gonna put this feedback in social media I hope this will not happen to any customer, thought poorvika is a professional store neva expected this behaviour
