[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Rude with customers | |||||
Poorvika I went to one of their store near Jalahalli cross bangalore. i took LG K10 mobile their sale man motivated to bring that mobile. but its old version moblie he cheated me, next i asked for exchange. they said they will take half rate then i asked with manager Suresh babu is a useless they are rude and never give me good reason why they won't take the product back and hung up on me( not so friendly customer care). After many hours of argue sales person ready to give me a same phone with exchange option and took my mobile and nearly one day i don't get any exchange mobile. they said next day they don't have exchange offer. then i didn't get any exchange offer. that store manager is big fraud he don't know how talk with customer. i am gonna give to media for public awareness. The worst one I've seen. I read some horrible return policy about them, so i want to test that by myself. Was this information helpful? | |||||
