I have purchased samsung galaxy A23 mobile in 15.6.22 at night, because my old one is broken. I used new mob in next day mrng in fully charged, mobile charge was suddenly droped by 10% in 30mnts.Then i complaint about new mob prblm at poorvika showroom, they simply said software update panna .. it will fine.. Again and again the phone charge is dropped suddenly. I will disappointed with new one.. I want to exchange or replace my phone .
