1. Representatives assured a cashback of 1500 on mobile purchase 2. Later after 5 months, they told on purchase date hdfc offer is not applicable 3. After 2 months of follow up on mobile & email, showroom manager promises accesories for the same 4. When u visit the showroom he will tell u iphone original products (Headset/charger) cant be purchased. Only third party accessories can be done 5. You end up in buying that non-apple product at showroom price. But it will be available in online for 50% discount. Ex: for 1500rs promised cashback, they give you an headset of 1700rs (After u pay 200rs cash) which is 850rs in online websites. Was this information helpful? | |||||
