[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — sold me defective handset | |||||
I bought a new Lava handset from Poorvika Gandhipuram showroom. After inserting the sim card also the mobile was not showing the network and the displayed msg was Insert Sim. The same day, i took back the phone to the poorvika showroom, they said once sold its non of their business to handle this issue. They asked me to contact the service centre. I went to service centre and said the complaint then the person said its 2017 model I will update the software to 2018 then you will not have the issue, but the issue was not solved. again I took it the service centre again they are trying to rectify the problem but not willing to replace the phone. I am not willing to buy the faulty product. Even when i reached poorvika customer support, I did not get any solution for this. Fraud People and fraud company and fake products.. they sell refurbished products only... worst ever experience from poorvika... I never recommend to anybody even if the products for free...
