I have bought a new carbon AURA model 3 months back.Rear case of my mobile has broken and i registered a complaint and they received my mobile and went telling that they will return the mobile with new case in 15 days. but its almost 2 months gone and i didnt get any proper answer from your service people. Please revert back in two days or i am going to consumer court.
