[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — tempered glass quality is poor

I purchased a tempered glass in poorvika thirumullaivoyal on jan 8th for my iphone 11. I got it for rs.2200 and it got broken within one week. It is of very poor quality and the customer care is saying they will not give replacement for a physical damage and it is not a physical damage in-fact. They are asking me to purchase one more for rs.1500. Then for in which case you people will provide replacement for tempered glass. For rs.2200 product you will not even provide any warranty. While buying they are responding well but while approaching them for a complaint they don’t consider from customer side.
