[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — why is the mobile number mandatory for bill generating?

Is poorvika is a govt office or bank?Poorvika mobiles asking mob number mandatory.It is my wish as a customer to give my mobile no to you.Donot force me to give my mobile number for product purchase from you.

Their service is too bad.They are literally forcing me to give my mobile number even I ignore to give it.Atlast they are inputting any mobile number and generating bill.Is this is the good service.
