[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Without doing the service the handset returned after one month

We bought micromax mobile from your show room. The video image is very poor in that instrument. We made the complaint and the handset was taken for service on 18.04.2015 and returned on 18.05.2015 with the comments that no fault. Without doing any service the mobile was returned after one month. During that period it seems the mobile was used by your staffs for their personal use which can be evidenced by the downloads they made in the mobile. I need immediate action in this matter. If there is no action in this matter, then i will be forced to proceed further steps in this matter. Enclosing the necessary proofs.
