i have got the new phone mani murali, but bad experience i have gone through, & request to sales persons customers if they are facing any issues kindly help them, if u people behaving like this we can purchase the phone in online its better right, why we should come to your shop . yesterday also in poorvika showroom they said still we didt get any approval from the back end team so wait for 2 days but mani murali mam reacted and inform to them close today itself only, finally sathish from store person spoke nicely not screemed like others, one big thanks to that escalation team, u people have done fantastic job, if same type sales persons works means u people wont lose any customers .
