[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Wrong billing and telling wrong price of mobile flam 8 lyf | |||||
I purchased flame 8 lyf mobile with invoice no so/east/9379 DT 05/09/16 at mahalakshmi nagar CH_ 73. Shopkeeper told price of mobile rs 5500 in Offr u can take in rs 300 off or 32 GB memory card free for above said mobile. Before billing the taken money from me by debit card after billing I see billing they make me full mobile price is only rs4039 other charge they adjusted for my bill rs 5200. I also exchanged my old mobile for rs 300. The not listen to me and told for warranty we have priced memory card which they have told for free. Every where above said mobile price is rs 4200. Poorvika Mobiles kodambakkam near the bakery is very bad. No respect for customers. Very defective products. No replacement for defective products. Please do not buy anything here. Do not have waste your money.
