Popular Maruti — irresponsible behaviour from your contact person

I got a contact number from google search of popular (Maddaply). It was a mobile number. The guy took the phone and said contact the service and hung up the phone. The guy responded in a very bad way.
The guy should atleast guide me to the service section.
[protected] this was the number i got from google.
