Portronics — Blocked from Twitter handle for escalating issue. Unresponsive to mails. Warranty denial.

I purchased a POR- 168 Konnect Star lightning cable last month for my iPhone. The cable stopped working after one month. As per promised 6 months warranty I raised a ticket and mailed them. They asked me to send a snapshot of the cable after cutting it from both ends so that nobody else can claim warranty with the same cable later. Seemed legit till now. I did what they asked and waited for reply. Now after this all mails went unresponsive. No reply till now. So I decided to raised the ticket on their Twitter handle and SHOCKINGLY THEY BLOCK ME FROM THEIR TWITTER HANDLE FOR THAT.
