Trust me they have the worst Customer Care Team sitting at their place. They won't listen to you at all.
1. They lost one of my Bluetooth Earbud and saying that i sent an incomplete Device.
2. They said that they do not entertain any incomplete product under warranty, however there is no rule for that, but they agree to change my case and replaced it even with more defective and older than mine case. My case was just 45 days old and this case is like worst.
They even changed my earbud and now given a defective piece which is not even working more than 1 minute. It is not charging more than 80% and its battery is Getting drained from 80% to 10% within 50 sec.
When I approached them for the same they say that they will not change it now as they do not entertain incomplete product.
So my question is why did u first replace my case when you have the strickt policy of not repairing an incomplete device?
And why did u changed my case with a defective one which is not mine. Now i am having more issues than before.
