This is the complaint about portornics i have buy combo pack of keyboard and mouse wireless on 17th of Feb 2023 when I received my product that was damaged the i returned the product to their mentioned address and I have shared all details with them they told me we will send you replacement after 4-8 days now still i am waiting for their response they don't send the replacement of my product as a month has been gone so I need help and this is complaint against them

      Trust me they have the worst Customer Care Team sitting at their place. They won't listen to you at all.

      1. They lost one of my Bluetooth Earbud and saying that i sent an incomplete Device.

      2. They said that they do not entertain any incomplete product under warranty, however there is no rule for that, but they agree to change my case and replaced it even with more defective and older than mine case. My case...

        Portronics Team telling NO SERVICE ZONE canceled my order NOT REFUNDED the Amount

                        Service not satisfied

                        I have recently purchased a couple of products from the Portronics e-com store.
                        I realized that unknowingly the order has chosen two numbers for the same product.
                        When I found out this, I have tried to reach the helpline for cancellation.
                        Help support has simply asked me to send a mail for cancellation.

                        Post sending the cancellation note, I've got it is not possible which is really a not feasible solution....

                        First ever disappointing experience with Portronics !!!

                        Bought the Harmonics Twins S2 on 28th evening from a local dealer (Sai Ezone, Ranchi, Jharkhand). The product was fully sealed and packed when handed over, but the product inside is faulty, looks used and old.
