Keyboard keys not working

Address: nagaland dimapur

Hydra 10 mechanical keyboard keys 2, w, s, x not working properly.

it happens with right shift light gets on red then 2wsx key stop working.

it sometimes starts working suddenly and then suddenly stop working.

will be very grateful if you can suggest me what to do so i can repair myself....

Wrong & old used power bank delivered

I had ordered luxell mini 20k via portronics official site, but got delivered wrong & old used component, there is no confirmation for replacement or refund even after complaining in support section of company...

Company is saying to courier the product which is under warranty . it should bear by company.

I have brought product from amazon on 5.4.23. and now it is stop working . I reached out to company over email and you can see in below email and they are asking me to send product over courier. it should be company responsibility.

Refund

I have ordered products vide order no. 223665 which is expected to reach me on 30th june as specified by you and the delivery partner of yours (delhivery) but none of them had given me a call with respect to this, and this product was sent to warehouse without my confirmation atleast a formal mail was not dropped from your end to me as a matter of intimation to me.

I myself tracked the order and found that this was in transit...

Refund status - still pending - past 1 and a half month

Product not delivered

I ordered a charger from Portronics (Order #213573) on 28th of May, 2023 and it was shipped from Portronics on 30th of May, 2023 (Tracking ID: [protected]) and now it's been more than 2 weeks and my package is still not delivered. Neither Portronics nor Delhivery are giving me any solution and not providing any replacement or refund.

I went to the Delhivery’s delivery hub in Gandhinagar and Mr. Vijay there clearly...

Trust me they have the worst Customer Care Team sitting at their place. They won't listen to you at all.

1. They lost one of my Bluetooth Earbud and saying that i sent an incomplete Device.

2. They said that they do not entertain any incomplete product under warranty, however there is no rule for that, but they agree to change my case and replaced it even with more defective and older than mine case. My case...

Portronics Team telling NO SERVICE ZONE canceled my order NOT REFUNDED the Amount

Portronics has cancelled my order saying NO SERVICE ZONE on 26 July 2022. Still the amount is NOT CREDITED to my account. Upon approaching the Customer Care Team, they keep on telling cock and bull stories and not resolving the issue....

Received defective item

I purchased portronics Clamp M, POR 116. mobile holder for car
and I received a product which i purchased through sbi rewardz.
