I have ordered products vide order no. 223665 which is expected to reach me on 30th june as specified by you and the delivery partner of yours (delhivery) but none of them had given me a call with respect to this, and this product was sent to warehouse without my confirmation atleast a formal mail was not dropped from your end to me as a matter of intimation to me.

I myself tracked the order and found that this was in transit to return and i immediately called the customer care on 4th and i got a shocking reply that the courier / consignment is unable to be tracked and it is to be received in warehouse.

Id no. 445048 reference ticket no.

We would like to inform you that as per the customer details Order No (223665) due to a non-service zone it is returned back to our warehouse on 25 July 2023 after that we Initiated the refund of this order but due to some technical Glitch in Payment gateway the payment is bounced back in our account. We have again initiated the refund of this order No (223665) on 31st July which is credited to the customer's account on 2nd Aug reference Number[protected]. We have also escalated to the Gokwik payment gateway they want to ask for the customer's bank statement details & also informed to the customer kindly let us know if the refund is not credited to the customer's account.

    Refund status - still pending - past 1 and a half month

    I ordered a charger from Portronics (Order #213573) on 28th of May, 2023 and it was shipped from Portronics on 30th of May, 2023 (Tracking ID: [protected]) and now it's been more than 2 weeks and my package is still not delivered. Neither Portronics nor Delhivery are giving me any solution and not providing any replacement or refund.

    I went to the Delhivery’s delivery hub in Gandhinagar and Mr. Vijay there clearly said that the package is lost and they couldn't find it anywhere. But even after this clarification from the courier company's representative, no action is being taken. I'm shocked and disappointed by this unprofessional behaviour from both Portronics and Delhivery which claim to prioritise customer satisfaction, but this has now become harassment in every sense of the word.

    Kindly look into this matter and provide a resolution at your earliest.

        This is the complaint about portornics i have buy combo pack of keyboard and mouse wireless on 17th of Feb 2023 when I received my product that was damaged the i returned the product to their mentioned address and I have shared all details with them they told me we will send you replacement after 4-8 days now still i am waiting for their response they don't send the replacement of my product as a month has been gone so I need help and this is complaint against them

            Trust me they have the worst Customer Care Team sitting at their place. They won't listen to you at all.

            1. They lost one of my Bluetooth Earbud and saying that i sent an incomplete Device.

            2. They said that they do not entertain any incomplete product under warranty, however there is no rule for that, but they agree to change my case and replaced it even with more defective and older than mine case. My case...

            Shiprocket Delivery Guy quickly set off after handing over an empty parcel. Company is holding customer (me) responsible for this. Should I have ran across to catch the running delivery boy?

            We would like to inform you that this customer ticket/complaint -372587 received on 20 days ago (Fri, 14 Oct 2022 at 12:23 PM) and our as per customer he got empty parcel but we have checked with courier that the said we have deliver the product however here if customer felt that parcel is empty then he should not accept that and this product weight is 260gm so parcel seems light in weight so customer can denied to accept the parcel.

            Our team replied on the same day at 20 days ago (Fri, 14 Oct 2022 at 5:48 PM) and ask to share unboxing video but customer never share unboxing video then it is quite difficult to get claim from courier because they said if customer felt the parcel is empty then share parcel unboxing video but opened the parcel without making any video despite to know the parcel weight is light.

            We wish we could help but we are unable to help in this case.

            The delivery boy simply ran off without even me checking the parcel, he has not even taken POD signature or allowed me to put POD complaint if needed. Answer my question: If empty parcel was maliciously handed me over and delivery boy runs away - is that still customers fault? Shoud the customer run behind him? Also, if the parcel was claimed to be 260 GMs and still the same is delivered - is that not a 50% issue on both sides instead of blaming everything on the customer learn from the mistakes and understand who is cheating both parties. Am I the only one with whom this has happened? You should implement the OTP based delivery method as a learning from this. I am still ready to give you the video but the parcel was open and it is still the same way as it is now. At first your customer care executive told me over the phone to share photographs showcasing open parcel, WHY are you changing it now? Do you think every customer will make video of every parcel so that they can send you?
            Seems they do not have the answer to the question.

                                The lamp is touch operated but keeps switching off all the time. Looks to be defective.

                                  Service not satisfied

                                  I have recently purchased a couple of products from the Portronics e-com store.
                                  I realized that unknowingly the order has chosen two numbers for the same product.
                                  When I found out this, I have tried to reach the helpline for cancellation.
                                  Help support has simply asked me to send a mail for cancellation.

                                  Post sending the cancellation note, I've got it is not possible which is really a not feasible solution....

                                  Bought the Harmonics Twins S2 on 28th evening from a local dealer (Sai Ezone, Ranchi, Jharkhand). The product was fully sealed and packed when handed over, but the product inside is faulty, looks used and old.
