Portronics Customer Care's response Respected Consumer Forum,

We would like to inform you that as we checked the details customer ordered from another e-commerce website. The Customer shipping image is shared in the mail there is no e-commerce company name mentioned & customer has placed the order from the Fake website. As we have checked the customer details we are unable to find the customer order details.
