[Resolved]  Portronics — Company is saying to courier the product which is under warranty . it should bear by company.

I have brought product from amazon on 5.4.23. and now it is stop working . I reached out to company over email and you can see in below email and they are asking me to send product over courier. it should be company responsibility.

Respected Consumer Forum,

We want to inform you that the customer raised the complaint on 2nd Oct 2023 that the product has stopped working after that we shared the replacement process with the customer. The customer has followed the process to courier the product to our service center by India Speedpost which is on the way right now. Once we receive the faulty product at our service center after that we will send the new replacement to the customer. We have mentioned all warranty policies on our official website.
