I have ordered products vide order no. 223665 which is expected to reach me on 30th june as specified by you and the delivery partner of yours (delhivery) but none of them had given me a call with respect to this, and this product was sent to warehouse without my confirmation atleast a formal mail was not dropped from your end to me as a matter of intimation to me.
I myself tracked the order and found that this was in transit to return and i immediately called the customer care on 4th and i got a shocking reply that the courier / consignment is unable to be tracked and it is to be received in warehouse.
Kindly reinitiate the order or refund back my money- i will repurchase the product.
But even after several followups no response of reinitiation and i have also given my bank account no. To them no resomse
Kindly do the needful
On july 7 2023 they told the product is in some RTO status and once updated we will refund your amount and still pending for refund
