Portronics — Charging cable with airpods

I bought the HARMONICS TWS 24 on 5 feb. 2022 and when i got home and tried to chagre the eapods i found the charging cable was faulty on the same day i bought it from Naveen Moblie Zone, near Ginni devi Modinagar Girls College, Near bus stand
i request to replace the charging cable as soon as possible

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced .Company will be wined up pretty soon if they continue doing like this.They suggest you illogical solutions just to avoid the product to get it repaired or replaced .
