I have recently purchased a couple of products from the Portronics e-com store.
I realized that unknowingly the order has chosen two numbers for the same product.
When I found out this, I have tried to reach the helpline for cancellation.
Help support has simply asked me to send a mail for cancellation.
Post sending the cancellation note, I've got it is not possible which is really a not feasible solution.

Portronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We would like to inform you that this customer placed order on 1st April and mailed us on 4th April and till date order already proceed for dispatch process. Once order already dispatched then we can not cancel it however we have informed customer to refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery so that we will get back this via RTO then we can help customer with refund.
Kindly let us know where we are wrong here. please check below screenshot of customer ticket - 327580 conversation.

In that case, it should be updated on the product page. I came to know once after I mailed you that there is no return for the product I purchased.
This is not the way you build trust with your customer.
With respect to your Product, I really appreciate it.
But the customer service is REALLY BAD.
