[Resolved] Portronics — Defect product received
I have already mentioned the issue in previous email ticket no. 317349 .I got this product from Amazon as gift ever since I got this the buttons have not been working at all after 1 month of minimal usage .It has been kept aside quite a long since I've seen this issue.I have been contacting portronics customer service on same but without proper response from them since months till now .I can return it back of you could do the needful at the earliest.
I have claimed warrenty and raised tickets and contacted customer service on same multiple times without any proper communication
After all these convo portronics suggested me to send this to delhi or mumbai by the time it reaches there from my current location product may damage during transportation and which will be not repaired stating same . Informed cleared same over email but still getting same response just to avoid product to get repaired or replaced any ways.This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced so far.
Company can't run this way in long run.
