I purchased a Portronics stylus which became defective within the warranty period. The stylus only worked when tilted at an extreme angle, making it unusable.
I contacted Portronics support and raised Ticket ID 848636. Their team acknowledged the issue and arranged for pickup of the defective stylus, which was collected on 25th September 2025. At that time, they clearly informed me that the replacement would be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
Today, it is 2nd October 2025, and the promised 7-day window has already passed. However, I have not received any tracking details, dispatch confirmation, or replacement product. When I followed up, instead of a proper response, their system simply generated another new ticket (Ticket ID 857338) without providing any resolution.
This delay is causing inconvenience and loss of trust. Since the product was already picked up, the replacement should have been dispatched as promised.
Attempts to resolve:
Raised Ticket ID 848636 with Portronics Support.
Followed up, but received only automated replies and was given a new Ticket ID 857338 with no human response.
Still no dispatch confirmation or replacement provided.
Desired Resolution:
I request Portronics to either:
Immediately dispatch and deliver the promised replacement stylus with valid tracking details, OR
Provide a full refund if the replacement cannot be shipped promptly.
I expect this matter to be resolved at the earliest.
