Portronics — No replacement of refund for newly bought powerbank

My ticket id:825635..i returned portronics ampbox 27k powerbank for replacement on 13 sep which was bought on amazon on 27 august 2025 with 10 days replacement through manufacturer..i raised return request on 6 sep 2025, they picked up on 13-sep-202 and replied it would be shipped in 5-7 working days..but even after 15 working days no replacement shipped..got email that the product is not in stock.every time when i ask about replacement they give different reply like 12 days, 14 days etc...but i can see the product is in stock as per portronics website and i could place order for the same..NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY WILL ONLY REPLACE THE PRODUCT WITHOUT MENTIONING ANY TIME FRAME ..JUST WHENEVER I ASK I GET SAME MESSAGE AS SOON, SOON..very worst customer support
