Portronics — Not claiming warranty

I had purchased speaker - portronics sound drum 871 on 20 july 2019 and I had received 2 months extra warranty card and I had registered warranty on Portronics official website within 15 days from date of purchase but I hadn't enter mail id because it's not necessary. Now they are refusing to claim warranty and telling that you hadn't registered warranty.

Updated by Bipindeep Singh I had registered complaint on 14 August 2020 and uploaded invoice, warranty card and product images 5 times. On 15 or 16 August my mail id and complaint has been removed.
