[Resolved] Portronics — portronics por-703 my buddy plus laptop cooling stand fan not working

I have raised a complaint on 04th august’2020 on portronics website (228015) and registered for warranty since my product (Portronics por-703 my buddy plus laptop cooling stand) is not working. I am following up since then but i haven’t received any reply from portronics team. Really pathetic service, no acknowledgement on the email, no response as to what is the next process. Aug 21, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Portronics team was very responsive after this complaint and couriered the laptop table fan that had stopped working. The first one they sent was old and rusted so emailed the same to them. Very kind and quick action was taken by the support team to deliver the 2nd laptop table fan. Hence resolving the complaint. Thank you Portronics Support team.
