I ordered a charger from Portronics (Order #213573) on 28th of May, 2023 and it was shipped from Portronics on 30th of May, 2023 (Tracking ID: [protected]) and now it's been more than 2 weeks and my package is still not delivered. Neither Portronics nor Delhivery are giving me any solution and not providing any replacement or refund.
I went to the Delhivery’s delivery hub in Gandhinagar and Mr. Vijay there clearly said that the package is lost and they couldn't find it anywhere. But even after this clarification from the courier company's representative, no action is being taken. I'm shocked and disappointed by this unprofessional behaviour from both Portronics and Delhivery which claim to prioritise customer satisfaction, but this has now become harassment in every sense of the word.
