I have ordered products vide order no. 223665 which is expected to reach me on 30th june as specified by you and the delivery partner of yours (delhivery) but none of them had given me a call with respect to this, and this product was sent to warehouse without my confirmation atleast a formal mail was not dropped from your end to me as a matter of intimation to me.
I myself tracked the order and found that this was in transit to return and i immediately called the customer care on 4th and i got a shocking reply that the courier / consignment is unable to be tracked and it is to be received in warehouse.

We would like to inform you that as per the customer details Order No (223665) due to a non-service zone it is returned back to our warehouse on 25 July 2023 after that we Initiated the refund of this order but due to some technical Glitch in Payment gateway the payment is bounced back in our account. We have again initiated the refund of this order No (223665) on 31st July which is credited to the customer's account on 2nd Aug reference Number[protected]. We have also escalated to the Gokwik payment gateway they want to ask for the customer's bank statement details & also informed to the customer kindly let us know if the refund is not credited to the customer's account.
