Portronics — Warranty service problems

Complaint No:- 736678

I have powerbank and it was swelled heating and not providing back atleast half so I have file warranty complaint but after much effort replied need to courier at my cost at his service center and visit not allowed all other companies provide pickup and drop service it not providing and also not providing any other option for me….

And also product is worst after 7-8 months it was not usable and if it will blast who take responsibility of that…
