Portronics — Wrong & old used power bank delivered

I had ordered luxell mini 20k via portronics official site, but got delivered wrong & old used component, there is no confirmation for replacement or refund even after complaining in support section of company

We would like to inform you that as per the details, the customer has not provided the full information in the complaint. We are unable to fetch the customer details without the Order ID number or Ticket number, Mail ID, or contact number so that we can resolve the customer product problem. If the customer provides the complete details we can resolve this complaint ASAP.
