My name is jagadeshwari m. My postal life insurance number is kt-518071-cs. For the month of december 2018, the premium amount has been deducted twice from my sbi account. I had opted for ecs from sbi, cholanagar branch, bengaluru karnataka. My premium amount is rs.2837 every month. Kindly deposit the amount deducted extra to my sbi account [protected].
